Understanding client’s requirements and searching, screening, shortlisting profiles as per the preferences
Discussing client’s details with the shortlisted profiles
Establishing contact and facilitating meetings with only consented and relevant matches
Assisting new registrants with onboarding and navigating through the website
Addressing customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Interacting with the clients on a regular basis to ensure client engagement and forward their suggestions to the management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Females. Preferably graduates and above.
Native level hold on English as well as Hindi language
Aptitude to learn new things and take on new roles and challenges
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
