Key Responsibilities:Conduct mould preparation, inspection, and quality validation as per defined procedures.
Perform heat treatment process inspections and ensure compliance with ISO / IATF standards.
Monitor, evaluate, and document metallurgical properties and treatment outcomes.
Operate and maintain heat treatment equipment with precision.
Maintain accurate quality reports, test records, and documentation.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for defect analysis and corrective actions.

Technical Skills Required:Strong understanding of Metallurgy & Heat Treatment Processes
Hands-on experience with inspection tools & equipment
Knowledge of heat treatment standards and specifications
Good communication & documentation skills as per ISO / IATF protocols
