Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process purchase orders from various project sites.
2. Enter purchase orders into Tally ERP9 software.
3. Record purchase tax invoices in Tally.
4. Follow up with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery against purchase orders.
5. Enter stock consumption details into Tally ERP9.
6. Maintain accurate stock records in both Tally and MS-Excel.
7. Assist in audit-related tasks by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP9 for inventory and purchase management.
• Strong working knowledge of MS-Excel for data management and reporting.
• Good communication and follow-up skills to liaise with suppliers and transporters.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Education: B.Com or equivalent degree.
