Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to delivery.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while adhering to Agile methodologies.
• Lead and manage teams including Software Developers, Designers, and QA personnel, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
• Conduct regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables align with client expectations.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables effectively with stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development environments.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in team handling and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
