Responsibilities

• Key skills required are good communication skills, ability to take responsibility and willingness to deliver results without supervision.
• Understanding client’s requirements and searching, screening, shortlisting profiles as per the preferences
• Discussing client’s details with the shortlisted profiles
• Establishing contact and facilitating meetings with only consented and relevant matches
• Assisting new registrants with onboarding and navigating through the website
• Addressing customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
• Interacting with the clients on a regular basis to ensure client engagement and forward their suggestions to the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Females. Preferably graduates and above.
• Native level hold on English as well as Hindi language
• Aptitude to learn new things and take on new roles and challenges
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
