Operations manager responsibilities

An employee who has 4-5 years of experience in handling daily operations, preferably worked in ecommerce/distribution setup before.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Manage budgets and forecasts
Recruit, train and supervise staff.
