Job Responsibilities:
- Managing front desk and front desk operations.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks.
- Organize and oversee the day-to-day schedule.
- Organizing and planning meetings.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all the communications and documentation.
- Prioritizing the functions requiring utmost attention.
- Processing expenses and invoices.
- Couriering documents.
- Assist in maintaining office equipment and purchases
- Greet and welcome people.
- Be a Smart Communicator.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Handling social media websites of the firm.
- General office Maintenance.
- Day-to-day troubleshooting and addressing problems as they arise.
- Perform any other duties as required by the management.
