Qualifications and skills
· Should have a degree from a reputable university.
· 2+ years experience working in an office setting
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office software
· Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide administrative support for the operations team
· Maintaining logs and monitoring daily reports
· Polite but Persistent Follow-Ups (Internal/External) on Phone/ Text / Emails
· Helping and guiding the site team in the preparation of daily reports
· Maintaining manpower log for the payroll activities.
· Daily communication with PMs & Supers
· Change order follow-up & Closeout works to follow up.
· Projects Permit renewal assignment
· Perform accounting tasks, including payroll, invoicing, and budget tracking
