Qualification——BE/Diploma in Electronics & communication

Job Description:

·  Windows 2016 Active directory connectivity issues, writing group policies and preferences.

·  Experience with MAC OS, Linux, and Windows operating systems.

·  Knowledgeable in configuring new servers and virtual machines.

·  Prior experience setting up workstations for individual employees.

·  Asset Maintenance and Managing.

·  Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

·  Printer support, connectivity, and troubleshooting.

·  New to have basic network troubleshooting knowledge to diagnose the issue.

·  Need to understand the IT & security process laid down at the organizational level.

·  Keep track and follow up for open incidents.

·  Ensure the patches are updated on a timely basis and maintain system compliance.

·  Keep track of problem tickets and provide inputs for the root cause.
