Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and
evaluate customer needs.
– Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling,
networking, and social media.
– Schedule meetings with potential clients, understand their
requirements, and address their concerns effectively.
– Present and demonstrate products and services, including
preparing cost estimates and proposals.
– Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data
to monitor progress and performance.
– Negotiate and close deals, while managing client complaints or
objections professionally.
– Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align
with client needs.
– Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve offerings
and customer satisfaction.
– Conduct site visits twice or thrice as necessary to facilitate the
sales process.
Requirements:*
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in interiors or real estate.
– Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
– Strong knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM software
is an advantage.
– In-depth understanding of sales and marketing principles,
including negotiation techniques.
– A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for sales
and achieving targets.
– Ability to deliver compelling presentations and build rapport
with clients.
– A high school diploma is required; additional certifications or
relevant education in sales or interior design is a plus.
