Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an Interior Designer to work in a luxury, high-end environment. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, where you will engage with various aspects of the business, from design to client interactions on projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Greet, engage, and understand client needs, providing accurate information and presenting design concepts.
• Design Presentation: Prepare drawings, mood boards, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaboration with Professionals: Attend meetings with architects and designers, collaborating on project design and implementation.
• Site Management: Visit sites for inspections, measurements, and coordinate with the execution team and clients.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, ensuring design relevance and innovation.
• Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, architects, and interior designers for project updates and feedback.

Deliverables

• Sales Meetings: Conduct meetings with clients and architects, providing a walkthrough of design concepts at the showroom.
• Sales Proposal: Create presentations and mood boards, coordinate with drafting teams, and offer design options.
• Sales Conversion: Negotiate deals, ensuring profitability as per management guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

• Required Skills: Detail-oriented, problem-solving, organizational abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Preferred Skills: Proficiency in CAD tools, 3D modeling software, and hands-on experience in interior design.
• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field, with an interior design certification preferred.
• Experience: At least one year of relevant experience with knowledge of furniture systems, finishes, and design concept development.
