 Oversee and develop a team particular state of cluster collateral managers and warehouse managers.
 Handle recruitment, training, and administration for all roles within your state.
 Ensure compliance with legal documentation for particular state
 Manage distribution of materials and engage with stakeholders.
 Conduct regular site visits to verify stock accuracy with CCM & CM.
Qualifications:
 Master’s degree (M.sc Agri Preference).
 Experience required & Internship Considered.
 Candidate must be willing and able to travel (Preference).
 Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
 Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks.
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
