Job Description:-

1. BBA / MBA with major in HR
2. Core experience in Recruitments only – min of 3 to 5 years
3. Ideally from the Building Material Industry & very very well connected

4 To be able to generate adequate Candidate Profiles on his own, as per the job profiles given for any role – via various direct & in-direct channels, scrutinise & filter them with initial round of Interviews

5. To create & maintain an extensive database of all the candidates from the fenestration & building material industry
6. Must be able to converse in English too.
