We are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to
fill various positions.

 Responsibilities:

 Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media,
and professional networks, to attract and engage potential candidates Screen resumes, conduct
interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles Evaluate resumes,
interviewed, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and solicited feedback to refine
recruiting strategy Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate experience and qualifications
Pre-screen resumes prior to sending them to corporate hiring managers for consideration. Build and
maintain a strong pipeline of talented candidates for current and future hiring needs
