We are looking for a good resource as HR Manager to be responsible for all the HR related tasks in our corporate office situated in Panchkula. Direct reporting to the Directors and coordinating with the HR managers at various plants.  

  Recruitment ESI/PF/Bonus/Gratuity/Leave Encashment
• Drafting HR Policies • Drafting Employees’ KRA
• Attendance & Leave Management
• General Administration • Leave Management
• Employees’ Engagement/ Welfare Activities
• Employee Registers and other HR documentation • Employees’ Grievance Handling Required Skill Sets: • Good oral & written communication skills. • Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word is a must. • Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.  Strong decision making & problem-solving ability.
