Job Summary
· Manage the recruitment and selection process.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies.
· Bridge management and employee relations.
· Report to management and provide decision support.
· Organizes and manages new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
· Nurture a positive working environment.
