Designation: Front Office Admin
Experience  – 4 -5 years
Gender – Female
Salary: Rs. 25,000/- To 30,000/- Per Month
Location: Mokila, Hyderabad.
Days working-   6 Days
Timings –   9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:
 To play a very significant and important role in the day-to-day operations.
 Handling scheduled & unscheduled meetings with the management.
 Act as the first point of contact for service request calls and requisitions
through data and voice support.
 Dispatch a Work Request to the person responsible for its completion.
 Provide feedback to the requestor on the status of their request.
 Provide a detailed summary status of calls on a daily/ weekly and monthly
basis.
 Provide assistance to all facilities functions as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
 Self-starter, proactive & assertive.
 4+ years of experience in office management, real estate or a related field
strongly preferred.
 Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
 Should have proficiency in English
