Key Responsibilities:

1. Review tender documents to understand client requirements.
2. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and relevant documents to define the scope of work.
3. Conduct rate analysis for tender and extra items.
4. Manage project activities, including commercial tasks such as billing, contractor bills, and measurements.
5. Perform technical calculations for cable size, UPS, DG, and transformers.
6. Plan and coordinate work execution as per designs and schedules.
7. Attend meetings, including tender discussions, kick-off sessions, and site progress reviews.
8. Prepare bills for completed work and participate in commercial meetings.
9. Create final handover documents and layouts.
