Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  2. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required, using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.
  5. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the MD.
  6. Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Follow-Up: Ability to track tasks and ensure completion without reminders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good Communication Skills: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary to the Managing Director or top management of a company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work long hours and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • A proactive and professional approach to managing responsibilities.
