Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required, using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the MD.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Follow-Up: Ability to track tasks and ensure completion without reminders.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good Communication Skills: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary to the Managing Director or top management of a company.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work long hours and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- A proactive and professional approach to managing responsibilities.
