Qualification – post graduation in relevant field

Location – Jalalabad, Punjab.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  Who have done Senior residency or experience holder.To audit prescriptions to ensure rational use of drugs. If there is any variance from these, inform the prescribing Dr, document and make appropriate interventions.
To audit medical and medication history, check medication errors including prescription, transcription, dispensing and administration errors, identify drug interactions, monitor contraindications.
To review the dosing especially of customers enrolled in the Medication Adherence Integrated Program.
Monitor whether the patient is getting the appropriate dose according to the lab values in medical reports.
To monitor the adherence of medications prescribed and in case of non adherence inform the customer/family
