1. Social Media
a. Number of net new followers
b. Sentiment alalysis: over 80% positive and remaining neutral.
c. Leads and Conversion: Click thru and Leads
d. Social Share of Voice (SSoV): Social Share of Voice measures how many people are mentioning
your brand on social media compared to your competitors.
e. Applause Rate is the number of approval actions (e.g., likes, favorites)
2. Website
a. New leads from the response form/chat or email.
b. Sales conversion rate. What is the cost per acquisition? Revenue by traffic source
c. Number of unique visitors
The agency need to define each of this metrics, their plan to optimize the metrics and they should share
with us the results estimated by end of year
