Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and offering appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure the resolution of issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales and operation) to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
1 Year customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.(Important)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the Travel and hospitality industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer support tools.
Must be fluent in English and hindi
