Designation-   Chemistry Patent Associate
Location – Delhi 
Experience –  1-4  years
Salary –  Hike over CTC’Education: Post Graduate or Doctorate: Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry/ Pharma.

Searching experience:
·      Understanding of Patent Databases, such as Total Patents;
·      Well versed with searching of patent as well as non-patent literature searches;
·      Able to Formulate Search Strings for Identified Invention and Perform Patentability, FTO, Landscape and Invalidity Search.
·      Experience in searching pharmaceutical- molecules (surechembl, Patentscope), Chemical structure search and in depth understanding of Markush claims and structures, other internet resources, and patent classification systems.

Experience with analysis of Patent and Non-patent references to identify Prior Art for patentability, FTO as well as infringement analysis and mapping the features. Identification of invention with understanding of Patent Drafting and prosecution.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, is a prerequisite.
