Job Title: Chartered Accountant (C.A.)

Role Overview: As a Chartered Accountant at Jnxnow Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic advice to support the company’s financial health and growth. Your expertise will be crucial in managing accounting functions, preparing financial statements, and advising on tax and audit matters.

Key Responsibilities:
 Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
 Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to support financial planning.
 Tax Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance, including preparation of tax returns and liaison with tax authorities.
 Audit Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, addressing audit findings and recommendations.
 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, implementing and monitoring internal controls.
 Financial Advice: Provide strategic financial advice to management, including cost analysis, profitability assessment, and investment recommendations.
 Record Keeping: Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
 Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.

Qualifications:
 Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant (C.A.) designation or equivalent.
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role or industry.

Skills:
o Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
o Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
