Urgent Hiring for Business Manager for Patna and Aurangabad location Position: Business ManagerQualification : Graduate/diploma holder. MBA in sales and marketing is a plus.

Experience : Required minimum of 4-5 years of channel sales experience in:

Service oriented industry (2W, tire, furniture, plumbing, electrical, white goods, etc.)

• Construction materials industry (cement, steel, tiles etc.)

• Consumer choice industries (office equipment, hospital equipment, commercial vehicles etc.) is a plus.

Job Objective:

To ensure achievement sales targets as per plan; implement initiatives in-line with Tata Steel expectations; build dealer/retailer and team connect, ensuring a consumer driven mindset at all times; gather competitive intelligence data from the field.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Build & Lead a strong sales team of sales executives.

– Will be responsible for the sales forecast/planning.

– Understand the geography-wise sales plans for Tata PRAVESH from superiors and cascade them to consumption center; ensure achievement of same.

– Ensure a healthy network through appointment of new dealers & activation/growth of existing dealers across the geographies.

– Conduct regular meeting with dealers, influencers (Masons, Interior designer, Architects & Engineer) & sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.

Ensure effective execution of all planned consumer, dealer and influencer engagement activities like engagement meets, roadshows, van campaigns etc.; generate leads from these activities.

– Manage & generate lead bank from the distribution channel & continuously work upon maximising the lead conversion ratio.

– Resolve customer/dealer complaints and any internal issues pertaining to co-ordination with Logistics/Supply Chain.

-Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

-Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working.

-Submit all required reports/ MIS/ competitor profiles on time.

Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior.
