Track project pipelines and follow through from specification to execution
Ensure product specifications are included in design and construction documents
Provide timely reports on activities, leads, conversions, and project milestones
Marketing
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns
Conduct regular product seminars, workshops, and networking events
Stay updated on architectural trends, competitive products, and market developments
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and MEP
consultants
Establish trust and credibility through consistent communication and support
Sales-driven mindset with ability to manage long sales cycles
Event Participation
Lead product seminars, workshops, and design-oriented presentations
Represent the company at trade shows, industry meetups, and consultant networking
events
Engage audiences with product demos and immersive showcases
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Technical understanding of plumbing systems and solutions
Appreciation of architecture and design aesthetics
Analytical and strategic thinking
Sales-driven mindset with ability to manage long sales cycles
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in fieldwork
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Commerce or Business.
2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in construction industry
or related products. ( Freshers are also okay as long as they have the right attitude and
are open to a steep learning curve).
Good understanding and hands on experience with tools like O356 and social media
platforms.
Work Location
Based in Bangalore with travel to client sites and industry events as needed (Travel
costs will be covered by the company).
