Business Development Manager

• Lead generating through different means will be a major Part of the Profile
• Willing to work in US time when required
• Willing to travel at short notice
• Ready to take responsibility and deliver

Team Management

a. Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program’s success.
b. Draft call Scripts and objection handling tools for the call team.
c. Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team.
d. Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
e. Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, Support, and Engineering as needed in order to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
f. Developing, maintaining and maturing sales pipeline by rigorously driving the lead cycle.
g. Team sales target management
