Job Overview:
 We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in managing daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting functions, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. The Accounts Assistant will also help with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

 Key Responsibilities:
 •
 Invoice Processing: Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entry of invoices and payments.
 • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
 • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documentation.
 • Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
 • Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial records and documentation, both in physical and digital formats.
 • Expense Management: Monitor and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget limits.
 • Month-End/Year-End Closing: Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of journal entries, and reconciliations.
 • Communication with Vendors and Clients: Handle inquiries from vendors and clients regarding billing issues, payment status, and other financial matters.
 • Other Duties: Provide general administrative support to the finance team and assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.

 Qualifications:
 • Education: Degree with B.Com, M.Com, MBA-Finance is preferred.
 • Experience: Previous experience in accounting or finance role is an advantage, but not required.
 • Skills:
 o Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).
 o Experience with accounting software Tally, ZOHO is a advantage.
 o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
 o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Hindi, English and Telugu.
