Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Conduct market research to track competitor activities and industry trends.
- Team Management
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Monitor team performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Submit timely MIS reports to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in sales, preferably in building material (UPVC, toughened glass, tiles, etc.).
- Gender Preference: Male candidates only.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
