JOB DESCRIPTION
 Managing a team of architects, designers, engineers, and other professionals
 Assisting team membership with project objectives,
 Reviewing proposals and providing feedback on designs
 Communicating with clients to determine project requirements and
develop designs that meet those requirements
 Preparing bids for projects to ensure they are within budget constraints
 Meeting with clients to discuss design details and answer questions about the design process
 Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the team of Architect and engineers( improving conversion ratio Lead to PO)

Job Responsibilities
 Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to the projects, including directing
the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes.
 Communicate directly with marketing personnel and clients to discuss and design projects
 Present design proposals and bids to clients according to prescribed deadlines, and
explain relevant details, reports, expense line items, and goals in clear and persuasive language.
 Provide consultations and spearhead negotiations with potential clients during the project development and bidding phases.
 Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for
architectural/acoustical designs as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
 Master’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline, plus minimum 15 years
experience, including AutoCAD drafting
 Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques
 Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
 Strict adherence to deadlines
