Amazon Account Management: Take full ownership of our Amazon account, ensuring it operates efficiently, and all product listings are optimized to maximize visibility and sales.
Ecommerce Department Leadership: Lead and inspire the ecommerce team to deliver exceptional results and meet sales targets.
Product Listing Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings across various ecommerce platforms, paying keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Content Optimization: Collaborate with our content team to create compelling and persuasive product descriptions, images, and other content to enhance the overall customer experience.
Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are adequately stocked to meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth on the Amazon platform and other ecommerce channels.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the ecommerce operations.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure a seamless ecommerce operation.
Requirements:
More than 2 years of proven experience in ecommerce, preferably within the footwear industry.
Demonstrated success in managing Amazon accounts or other prominent ecommerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement effective strategies based on insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in an ecommerce setting.
Proficiency in ecommerce tools and platforms, with a keen eye for detail in product listings and content.
Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
