Key Responsibilities:
Counseling & Conversion:
* Counsel walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads regarding RMS courses (CA Foundation, Inter, and 11th/12th Commerce).
* Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs.
* Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups and relationship building.
Communication & Coordination:
* Maintain timely communication with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
* Coordinate with faculty and management for demo sessions, fee queries, and academic updates.
Record Management:
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or spreadsheets.
* Assist in generating daily/weekly admission reports
