Duties and Responsibilities
Handling International/Domestic Air Tickets for every sector and for both leisure and corporate travel.
Creating PNRs and issuing tickets on Amadeus and Galileo.
Handling Reservations, Ticketing and Invoicing.
Error free ticket issuance.
Handling customer complaints.
Co-ordination with documentation staff for travel related services.
Adherence to ticketing rules and regulation as per IATA.
Co-ordination with airlines for deals/ ADM’s / ADM resolve for the team
Tracking and collection of refunds.
In addition to Air Ticket shall render assistance in re-issue, refund & cancellations.
Competencies:
Well versed with International /Domestic routing and ticketing
Must have knowledge of Amadeus/Galileo our ticketing software for issuance
Pleasing personality
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Customer facing skills. Be able to provide excellent customer service both in person and by phone/email
Team Player
Negotiation skills
Good selling & communication skills
Educational Qualification:
Graduate – Preferred
IATA qualified
Experience:
Should have minimum experience of at least 2-3 years
