Job Description Operations Executive for Procurement Process
Designation Executive
Location Kanpur
Salary Best in Industry, Based on Knowledge and Experience
Experience 1-3 year’s working experience, Candidates with Procurement or/and

Banking & Financial Service’s experience will be preferred

Functional area Procurement, Vendor Management, Customer Management, Sales &

Purchase Operations

Gender Male
Education and other
qualification

Graduate (B.COM preferred)
 Candidate must have a working knowledge of MS Office
 Candidate must have adequate knowledge of Hindi & English
language (Verbal & Written)
 Email Writing Skills
 Good interpersonal/people skills

Job Responsibilities:-

 To perform day to day operational activities assigned by
reporting manager
 To add new vendors to the bucket for getting more bids
against the tender published by the organization
 To work on a specific vendor management software to
manage vendor data
 Review and check the new vendor request received on portal
 To contact vendors by email and phone for various
operational activities
 To coordinate with different units of the organization for fulfilling
the procurement requirements
 To perform vendor verification before onboarding
 To partake in quarterly quality checks/audit at different units
