Salary: 30-40k Per Month
Location: Chandigarh, Panchkula
Job requirements:
-Answer customer phone calls
-Provide courteous technical support
-Gather issue details
-Record issue details in a system
-Resolve issue over the phone
-Escalate issue to 2nd level support
-Follow up on an issue to ensure resolution
-Follow up with customers on open issues
-Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
