 Opening for Team Manager

 

Designation:-          Team Manager

Experience:-           Min 10 Years (5 years working as an individual and 5 years as a team leader with the handling of Minimum 4 persons)

Salary:-                 25k PM

Location:-              Ludhiana (ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE

CONSIDERED)

 

Qualification:-     Minimum Graduate with experience

Gender:-                  Male

 

Job Profile:

 

  • Handle Sales team of 5-8 Distributor sales representative
  • Prepare Daily and Monthly Projected Journey Plan
  • Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales target of sales team and 500

Customers . 30% of team leader and sales team role is to achieve sales

targets where team leader shall visit market or follow sales team , if

payment target is achieved sales target can easily be achieved .

However nothing is easy in todays world of competition.

 

  • Prepare Daily and Monthly Payment target of sales team and 500

Customers . 70% of team leader and sales team role is to collect

payment as per targets where he shall visit market or follow sales

team but payment goal has to be met at any cost . For payment

collection team leader shall visit to shop and apply all skills to get the

payment without spoiling relations as these are regular customers .

 

  • New Customers development to make them 600-700 in number . For

this team leader shall visit market and check how many shops can be

appointed in which road in Ludhiana and then document and convince

sales team and then get achieved through sales team and development

person .

 

  • Daily 30% of time of Team Leader will be utilized for approval of

orders of sales team where orders can be approx.. 20-40 per day and

these orders are approved based on the present payment position and

taking commitments from sales team with 100% assurance that

special commitments have to be fulfilled.

 

  • Appoint sales person if team leader decides to retrench the sales

person while not effecting the present sales and payments.

 

 

Experience is required in FMCG ( FAST MOVING CONSUMER GOODS )

PRODUCTS SALES & MARKETING, IN TEAM HANDLING OF MINIMUM

10 PERSONS, , IN DATA MARKETING AND ANALYSIS OF BASIC

PLANNING AND EXECUTION WITH PAYMENT CONTROL

 

Skills: Patience to control, monitor sales team and aggression to achieve sales and

payment targets and expertise of computer knowledge with grip on word, excel
