Sr Hr Executive for IT Company in Mohali

Exp: 3 to 5 years

Salary – Upto 32k PM

Location – Mohali

Required Skills:

• Preferably MBA in HR.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in HR role
• Experience of handling payrolls and attendance consolidation
• Experience in management reporting and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of policy formations and laws related to employment
• Ensure policy orientation and implementation

Ø  Responsibilities :

• Handling employee attendance daily, prepare reports and share with management
• Maintaining employee records and data
• Preparing payroll data and closely coordinate with finance team
• Conduct employee engagement activities
• Handling end to end recruitment process
• Following up with recruiting vendors and ensure clean communication
• Contact references and perform background checks
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Process paperwork
• MIS reporting related HR activities
