Job Profile:-
Looking after the spa sales, ensuring that the guests have a pleasant experience and are happy with the services provided. A spa manager is responsible for supervising the staff that provides services to clients. These services include massages.Their job includes training staff, providing adequate supplies for services and marketing the company’s services. If needed, the spa manager also might be responsible for accounting and the payroll of the staff. It is the spa manager’s responsibility to ensure that spa services are rendered properly.
