Post – Shift Incharge
Experience – 4 yrs. for B.Tech ( Minimum Exp 0f 1 yr. as Shift In charge ) and 7 yrs. Diploma
Education – Diploma ( Mechanical ) or B.Tech
Salary – 40k
Industry – Automobile Industry or rubber manufacturing industry.
(i) Production Management – Working Knowledge of OEE, Scrap Control, TS16949, OSHAS 18000, TPM
(ii) Skill Management – Working knowledge of skill matrix, Knowledge about TNI ( STAFF UPGRADATION ), Training plans.
(iii) Performance Management – Kaizan , Improvement (CI), Quality Control, Six Sigma, KPI Management. Candidate should be involved in driving KPI in the shop floor.
(iv) Man Management – Size of team that he is handling in a shift – Number of Operators – At least 30 to 40 and Assistant Engineer and Engineer reposting to him. Controlling absenteeism, attrition. Liasoning with other department. Manpower handling( Responsible for all the shift operations )
(v) Planning – 4M Planning and management
