Senior – US IT Staffing Executive for Hyderabad for IT Company

3 to 8 Years of Experience

Location – Hyderabad, Telangana.

A Reputed UK based Software Company is looking for a Senior US IT staffing Role their Hyderabad Office.

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana

Office Timings: US Shift (Ten. 9 pm to 6 am) – Monday through Friday.

Qualification: Any IT Graduate.
Job Description
The Desired candidate should have Awareness on recent market technology hiring trends and various
Resources must have experience in US staffing (any model) – W2, Corp to Corp, 1099, Direct Client, Preferred
Vendor: domain (IT/Engineering etc.)
Must have excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, logical and analytical thinking
Ability to understand technology and interact with technical team
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience in related field.
Position Duties
A Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with good experience on US Recruitment giving the best
solution to the client as well as to the consultant.
 Has to work on W2, C2C and 1099.
 Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc).
 Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
 Ability to organize assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ
tests etc).
 Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibility
 Extensive experience in Full Life Cycle recruiting in US – IT Recruitment
 Strong Experience in Boolean Search; LinkedIn Search and Social Recruiting.
 Extensive knowledge of working on job portals like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Indeed and
 Sourcing qualified candidates, interviewing, and cold calling.
 Hands on experience with all United States Tax-terms
 Extensive experience in full process of US Staffing /Recruitment.
 Excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (H1B, EAD’s, GC, Citizen and TN).
 Full life cycle sourcing and recruiting for technical positions for various clients in the US.
 Responsible for sourcing, identifying and closing hard to find professionals through interviewing
 Effective rate negotiation and detailed reference checks.
 Analyze the job requirement and participated in the full life cycle process of recruitment.
 Sourced the best fit candidates through various Job Boards, Databases, Networks and Referrals.

 Short listed candidates based on the client needs and presented to the clients.
 Involved in the recruiting for Permanent, Contract to Hire and Contract Positions.
 Recruitment of US Citizens, GC & 39, EAD & 39s H1 Transfer as per client & job requirements.
 Act as a bridge between the candidates and the clients, in all process of the interview.
