Responsible for Plant HR Activity, Industrial Relation, Compensation &
Payroll management/Welfare/Safety/ Recruitment/administration and Statutory etc. Generalist
profile having knowledge and skills in handling large workforce, good in compliance, Organizational
Development technique, Performance Management System ( Balance Scorecard ), Talent
Management, Policy Deployment , Competency Mapping and development and Statutory
Registration and Compliance.
