We have an opening for Sales Manager Job in Mumbai – Lokhand wala ( Andheri West) . It is a senior profile and not a field job, Team will be allotted who will go in field. The candidate must be capable to achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual outlet signup targets defined for the assigned categories and set up clear account management processes with operations team to ensure smooth on boarding of the outlets. Should be able to establish focus for the team, implement strategy and develop new markets and grow the existing market. Responsible to develop monthly and quarterly sales plan for each category and to make sure that plan is executed to closure. Expected to be extremely focused on metrics, analytics and track sales funnel to make sure that conversion cycle is optimized and would be responsible for managing a team of 8-12 sales guys.
