Position : Sales Head
Location : Gurgaon (Then if possibility can be shifted to pune if the candidate belongs to pune)
Qualification : BE/ BTech (Mechanical)
Experience : 17 to 22 yrs.
Any Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm)
Preferred Age : 40 to 48 years
Compensation: Up to – 45 Lac CTC
Skills and Competencies :
Customer Focus and interaction, Define and implement a strategic sales
approach with particular focus on major automotive OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2, Strong track record in sales,
design win execution, revenue target achievement, and team player. Strong business, technical and
communication skills. Develop and execute the organization’s business and Sales plan. Mapping business
requirements and coordinating in developing & implementing the processes in line with the pre-set
guidelines, planning & building strategies for achieving Sales value & Profitability Target
Areas of Expertise:
1. Define and implement a strategic sales approach with particular focus on major automotive OEMs,
tier 1 and tier 2
2. Particular focus on major automotive OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2
3. Vast and Extensive knowledge related to Automotive – Sealing Business.
4. Revenue Target achievement
5. Handling Sales related to all the leading Auto OEMS.
6. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
7. Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
8. Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
9. Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
10. Lead/support renewal negotiations with key accounts, OEMs, end users and our channel partners.
10. Establishing realistic sales plans (OP) for the next business year, and re-assessing the sales situation
for the current business year.
11. Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates
high performance amongst team members; imparting continuous on-job training to accomplish greater
operational efficiency
12. Monitoring and achieving targets with respect to key business indicators like Sales Volume, Sales
Price Level, and BOI.
