Experience :- 2-6 yrs
Salary :- 2.40 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs PA

 Education: Any graduate, MBA preferred

Professional Requirements:
o Proven work experience of 2-6 years in residential sales
o Should be able to assess client requirements’ and serve
promptly to maximize closure opportunities
o Should be good at cold calling and accompany customers to site
visits
o Should possess strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills

 Responsibilities:
o Meeting clients to brief product through presentations and site
visits
o Accompanying clients to site visits and addressing their queries
o Convert prospect leads to customers by developing good client
engagement
o Suggest best suited property for the client based on their
requirements and budget
o Meticulous follow up with clients towards sales closures and
payment collections
