We are currently hiring Route Manager in Gurgaon (Haryana).The candidate should have 1 to 2 years experience. The salary offered is 30k to 40k PM. Male Candidate Preferred.

Qualification:  Graduation / Post Graduation

Target Industry : Construction, Delivery, Manufacturing etc.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Rating given by the users travelling on that route > Pre-determined Benchmark.

2. Driver rating for the buses plying on that route > Pre-determined Benchmark.

3. Bus utilization > Pre-determined benchmark (Matching of the supply in accordance with the demand).


1. People Management – Managing a team of supervisors & Ops executives (Bus stop + Parking = ~20).

2. Building the team of Supervisors/Ops executives for the route in coordination with the HR.

3. Responsible for ensuring that the operational processes are executed on the ground.

a. Managing the Nodes of Operations: Parking Spot Operations, Start Point Operations, Destination Operations, Intermediate Operations.

b. Adherence to the work flow @ driver and passenger side.

4. Responsible for addressing all the externalities associated with the route.

5. Responsible to ensuring a proper feedback loop.

a. Coordination of training to the drivers as and when needed in case of work flow change.

b. Police/Traffic problems.

c. Competition related issues etc.

d. Monitor the demand and supply matching and evaluate the need to re-alter/increase the supply/frequency

e. On-ground operational challenges

Skills required:

1. Physical Fitness

2. Willingness to work on the field and be available in order to sort all the ground related


3. Logical/Smart people to understand our processes, goal and expectations

4. Strong People Management skills since they would be handling a large team

5. Resourcefulness in terms of handling external issues

a. Police/Traffic

b. Competition

c. Ability to predict other on-ground issues
