Requirement of UX Designer in Mohali. We are looking for a user experience designer with strong interests and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences.  We are seeking a creative, talented and knowledgeable designer capable of producing stunning, user-centric web/mobile interfaces. The candidate should have minimum of 3 years of formal industry/professional experience as a web/mobile designer Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability. Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator latest versions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding a customer’s brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces and capable of working directly with customers in an iterative/agile manner to dramatically improve the designs in a short time. The candidate must develops understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data). Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios. The candidate must be able to explain his/her design philosophy verbally and in writing to team members and to client. The candidate should have In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, and at least some JavaScript. Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends. The salary ranges from 3 to 6 Lakhs PA
