We have an opening of team lead for Customer Experience (Online Game Support) in Gurgaon. The candidate serves as member of team leadership and is considered a technical professional within the organization. As such, the Team Lead provides schedules, training and tasks based on the clients` requests. The primary responsibility of the Team Lead is to manage, assign and oversee the agents’ daily work and quality as well as report to the client. Telephone and / or internet based support for internal and external clients on technology and business issues. The candidate should have strong observational skills, analytical and detail oriented. Should be proactive in completing tasks and escalating issues appropriately. The candidate must have Strong problem solving skills, leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, decisional skills and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have 2-4years of experience in a leadership position, advanced knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets) and good knowledge of Windows Suite (Word, Excel, PW, etc.). Should have basic knowledge of web scripting language such as JavaScript and capable to speak, read and write in additional languages. The salary offered is 4-5 lacs PA.
