Requirement for Project Associates (Training) for Kullu and Rampur location for Research and Development Industry

Project Associates (Training):
Salary: 17,000/- per month
Education: 1 professional graduate and 1 BTECH from Indian Institute of Handloom Technology
Experience: 4+ years (the candidate from IIHT need to have handloom knowledge & experience)
Location- Kullu and Rampur

Responsibility:

Will be responsible to develop an indigenous training plan, training material, and provide training of lean manufacturing to weavers, supervisors, management and owners of the participating bodies of the cluster.

1. Provide other relevant training, create awareness, & do their skill diversification.

2. Will be responsible for all kind of soft & hard training and capacity building of the participant units.

3. Work in close co-operation with each of the units to assess and then achieve the LM techniques implementation; and other necessary work.

4. Assess and undertake the training and other such implementation requirements; and

5. Prepare specific reports for such implementation activities undertaken by it in each of the units.
