We are looking for 5-6 years experienced senior programmer who have knowledge of oracle database and telecom domain (SS7, CAMEL etc) . The candidate must be proficient in JAVA & IVR application development. The serving area will be Punchkula. The candidate should be capable in conducting complete analysis of system and business requirements for all IVR applications and resolving the technical issues by understanding the root cause. Candidate must assist in designing and preparation of call flows with usability services. With their professional skills he can suggest effective process for the improvement of operations. He should be able to Coordinate with user focus groups for tuning, testing, refactoring and optimization of call flows. Must have experience in maintain comprehensive technical documentation such as programming specifications, functional and technical designs.
