Ø  Required Skills:

·         Master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

·         Minimum of 4 years’ Experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

·         Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

·         Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

·         Experience implementing Test management platforms. 

·         Experience with the tools such as Selenium, JMeter and Jenkins.

·         Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

·         A working knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques. 

·         Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and complex problem-solving skills.

·         Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

·         Thorough knowledge of methodologies and metrics of quality assurance.

Ø  Desired Skills:

·         Experience with testing in agile environment. 

·         Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools

·         Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

·         Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products

·         Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and Scrum Master) to identify system requirements

·         Monitor debugging process results

·         Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

·         Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
